Product/UX Diagnostic

Find the problems worth fixing first.

I review one defined product experience, identify the 5–10 issues most likely to create friction, confusion, or lost momentum, and give you the three actions I’d prioritize first.

No meeting required. No ongoing commitment. One decision-ready review.

One experience

A live product, public page, or access-ready prototype.

One clear question

Where is this flow losing clarity, trust, or momentum?

One business day

Timing starts after payment and complete intake.

A useful answer, not a deck full of theater.

The diagnostic is deliberately small. It gives you enough evidence to decide what matters now—without pretending a one-day expert review is user research or a full product audit.

01

5–10 prioritized findings

Each observation connects visible evidence to the friction or risk it creates.

02

Three actions worth taking first

A short priority order so your team knows where to focus before spending more.

03

Annotated evidence

A concise PDF or web report with screenshots or frames where they help.

What is—and is not—included.

Included

  • One public product, prototype, or access-ready experience
  • One primary user goal or flow
  • Up to five key screens, pages, or states
  • 5–10 prioritized observations
  • Top three recommended actions
  • Concise annotated report delivered by email

Not included

  • Full-site, full-app, or multi-role review
  • User interviews, analytics investigation, competitor research, or usability testing
  • Redesign, Figma production, code review, implementation, or engineering estimates
  • Accessibility certification or legal/compliance review
  • Meetings, revisions, ongoing consultation, or guaranteed commercial outcomes

From uncertainty to a clear first move.

Choose the flow

Send one URL, prototype, or set of screenshots and name the user’s goal.

Give me the context

Tell me the outcome that matters and what you suspect is not working.

I review it

I inspect the experience through product, usability, trust, and interaction lenses.

You get priorities

By the next business day, you receive the findings and the three actions I’d take first.

Evidence → consequence → fix.

The sample audit is a composite specimen, not a client result. It shows the structure and judgment you can expect without manufacturing proof.

Example structure
Observation

What is visibly happening in the product experience.

Why it matters

The likely cost to comprehension, trust, momentum, or completion.

Recommended action

A concrete next move, bounded by what the evidence can support.

Designed for a decision—not every problem.

This fits if…

  • You have a live or clickable experience.
  • One user goal matters right now.
  • You need independent priorities before a larger investment.

Choose a deeper audit if…

  • You need a complete flow or whole-product review.
  • You want a walkthrough, revisions, or strategic collaboration.
  • You need research, testing, redesign, or implementation.

Five fields. No discovery-call obstacle course.

The secure payment and submission connection is intentionally disabled in this preview. Complete the questions to verify the intake; nothing you type is transmitted or stored.

Use an access-ready link. Never paste a password here.
Do not include passwords or sensitive personal data.

Preview only: no payment, upload, email, or storage connection is active.

Your intake is complete enough to continue. In production, the approved secure checkout and submission step will appear here.

Before you start.

When does “next business day” begin?

After payment and all required intake material have arrived, subject to the 17:00 Europe/Madrid cutoff. Weekends, Spanish public holidays, and major U.S. holidays are excluded.

Is this user research or usability testing?

No. It is an expert review of the supplied experience. It does not replace direct research with your users and does not guarantee a commercial outcome.

What if the product needs more than five screens?

I will hold the boundary and tell you whether the $350 teardown, $550 critical-flow audit, or a custom engagement is the better fit.

Can I send private access credentials?

Do not put passwords in the intake. If temporary access is necessary, we will agree on a safer handoff separately.
