I take on fixed-scope engagements for teams shipping AI products — conversational interfaces, LLM-assisted flows, agent UX. Defined deliverables, a stated timeline, no open-ended retainer.
The usual starting point is the UX Audit — Critical Flow ($550, five days): pick the flow that matters most and I hand back a prioritised fix list with a recorded walkthrough — chat, voice and agent surfaces are home turf. The whole journey is the Full-Product audit ($850). Both carry the guarantee: if the report doesn't give you at least three fixes worth shipping, you pay half. See a sample report before you decide. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
