I take on fixed-scope engagements for teams shipping AI products — conversational interfaces, LLM-assisted flows, agent UX. Defined deliverables, a stated timeline, no open-ended retainer.

The usual starting point is a 5-day Conversational UX Audit: I walk your flow as a real user, map where the conversation breaks, and hand back a prioritised fix list with a recorded walkthrough. It's deliberately small — enough to be useful on its own, and enough for both of us to find out how we work together before anything larger.

I'm well-suited for roles where the design problem is genuinely complex — where human behavior, AI systems, and ethical constraint all need to sit at the same table. The title matters less than the work.
