Have a project
I take on fixed-scope engagements for teams shipping AI products — conversational interfaces, LLM-assisted flows, agent UX. Defined deliverables, a stated timeline, no open-ended retainer.
The smallest decision is the Product/UX Diagnostic ($200, next business day): one user goal, 5–10 prioritised findings, no meeting. From there the ladder is the UX Teardown ($350, 48 hours), the Critical Flow audit ($550, five days) — chat, voice and agent surfaces are home turf — and the Full-Product audit ($850, one week). The two audits carry the guarantee: if the report doesn't give you at least three fixes worth shipping, you pay half. See a sample report before you decide. All four are on the Work with me section — deliberately small engagements, enough for both of us to find out how we work together before anything larger. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
