What counts as one flow?
One complete booking, onboarding, or checkout flow for one primary user. If the product needs more than that, I will say so and point you to the critical-flow audit instead of stretching the teardown.
Is this user research or usability testing?
No. It is an expert review of the supplied experience. It does not replace direct research with your users and does not guarantee a commercial outcome.
What if I later want the full audit?
Upgrade to a full audit within 30 days and the $350 counts toward it.
Can I send private access credentials?
Use a share link that opens without personal credentials. If the flow is behind a login, include screenshots or a short screen recording instead.
