UX Audit · Full Product

Every screen, every state, one week.

A whole-product UX audit: heuristic review, friction map, and a ranked fix list your team can execute without me. The end-to-end journey, not one flow.

Fixed price in US dollars, excluding any applicable taxes. Prefer to book directly? Book on Contra.

Whole product

End to end: first visit, the core journeys, settings and account changes.

One question

Where does the whole product leak?

One week

Report, executive summary, friction map, then a recorded walkthrough call.

The pattern behind the issues, and the order to fix them.

A whole-product audit produces more findings than any team can ship at once. The value is in the map and the ranking: what clusters where, and what to do first.

01

Executive summary

One page a founder or head of product can read before the meeting and act on after it.

02

Friction map + findings

Where the issues cluster across the product, and every finding with its evidence, cost, fix, and effort.

03

Ranked fix list + call

Three buckets: ship this sprint, next quarter, stop doing. A 45-minute recorded walkthrough, then two rounds of async questions.

What is—and is not—included.

Scope call, access, one week, walkthrough.

Intro call

A free 30-minute call to confirm the product surface, the primary users, and fit. No pitch.

Access

Product URL, a test account or prototype, and any screens behind a login as screenshots or recordings. No personal credentials.

One week

I walk the product end to end, score it, build the friction map, and write the report.

Walkthrough and follow-up

A 45-minute recorded call, then two rounds of async questions over two weeks.

Built for a product where the problem isn't in one place.

This fits if…

  • The friction is spread across the product and nobody has a map of it.
  • You want a prioritised backlog your team can run for a quarter.
  • You are about to redesign and want to know what is actually broken first.

Before you book.

What does "full product" cover?

Every screen and every state a user can reach end to end, from first visit through the core journeys to settings and account changes. We confirm the exact surface on the intro call.

What is a friction map?

A view of where in the product the findings cluster, so the team can see the pattern behind the individual issues, not just a list.

How is the fix list ranked?

Into three buckets: ship this sprint, next quarter, and stop doing. Each finding carries its evidence, cost, fix, and effort.

What is the guarantee?

If the delivered report does not contain at least three fixes you consider worth shipping, you pay half. Invoke it by email within 14 days of delivery. The full terms are on the Terms page.

How do I book?
